JPB,Inc. is a home based business specializing in pinball machines. We are also known as JohnnyPinBall and are located in Byram Township, Sussex County, New Jersey. Owned by John and Tina Heninger. John has been an industrial electrician for over 23 years and has been restoring and collecting pinball machines for around twelve years. What started as a hobby for him, has become a labor of love.
We are very aware of the fact that buying a pinball machine over the Internet can be a trying experience. Our goal is to make it as easy and as positive an experience as possible. |
Here is how we do that:
- For any reason you are not satisfied with your machine you may return it.
- We have a 30 day warranty on parts. After that Parts will be sold to you at our cost for as long as you own your machine. This includes wax, bulbs rubbers, and anything needed for the upkeep of your pin.
- Full Technical support is always available via the phone or e-mail. As long as you own your pin.
- Worried about shipping damage? Don't be. We take full responsibility for any shipping damage. - We will never pass the buck.
- A list of reference is available upon request. This is an unbiased list consisting of customers (Often times professionals) across the United States who would be happy to tell you about the service and quality pinball machines they have purchased from JPB.
- Pictures of your pin will be sent to you via e-mail. Nothing is ever hidden.
- No question is too small. So please call and we'll discuss every detail about the purchase.
- We have an excellent reputation and are listed on numerous news sites and come highly recommended. My wife Tina and I (John) work hard every day to satisfy our customers. |
Reconditioning Machines
Each machine is fully reconditioned before it leaves our house. We go to great lengths to make sure your pin looks and plays as close to new condition as possible. It takes approximately 12 to 14 hours to refurbish and test a pinball machine. We do it all and we do it right! I am very meticulous about our machines. |
| Reconditioning consists of:
- Removing all parts from the playfield cleaning and checking all parts, replacing or repairing any broken or cracked items.
- All lamps and rubbers are replaced.
- Play field is compounded and waxed.
- The play field is then reassembled, all parts are checked for proper fit. Switches are gaped, ball trough is cleaned. New balls are added.
- Under side of play field is also taken apart and cleaned.
